Job Description

As a part of our Tech Support Team, you will be responsible for resolving client queries and tickets within the given TAT. Besides, you will work closely with the QA Engineering team for any break resolution. You should have an eye for detail and excellent troubleshooting abilities. Responsibilities : - Support the QA team in all break resolutions. - Ensure that all queries raised by the clients are resolved within the given TAT. - Supports the product development team by providing expert tech support throughout the inspection process for better improvement at the product-customer level. - Analyze the pattern of queries raised by the clients to mitigate to prevent the recurrence and future defects. Requirements : - 2 years of experience in ticket resolution and manual testing. - You should have expertise in running queries in SQL and resolving them. - Hands-on experience in API Testing using Postman. - Hands-on with Ticket Management tools and databases. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and customer support. - Experience with industry-standard tools for defect tracking, source code management, test case management, and other management and monitoring tools. - Strong ability to work independently in a techno-functional environment. - Ability to multitask and manage client queries efficiently.
