Solution Architect - MS Dynamics F&O

Job Title: Solution Architect - D365 F&O Location: Telangana Hyderabad/Bangalore Job Type: Full time Shift Time: 2PM to 11PM (Flexible) Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and deployment of D365 F&O solutions that meet our clients business needs. Additionally, suggest improvements to existing processes and bring in automations, wherever possible. The person shall also be responsible for managing the entire MSD operations (F&O and CE) including client management (a separate team is available for CE developments). Responsibilities : - Lead the end-to-end solutioning process for Dynamics 365 F&O implementations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and architect solutions that leverage D365 F&O capabilities to enhance business processes. - Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with industry best practices. - Oversee the development and customization of D365 F&O modules, particularly in finance and supply chain. - Provide guidance and mentorship to the project team throughout the project phase. - Conduct workshops and training sessions to facilitate user adoption and knowledge transfer. - Stay current with Microsoft updates and new features in D365 F&O to provide innovative solutions. - Bring in process efficiencies and look for automated solutions. - Manage the team for both F&O and CE, while CE has a separate part-time Solution Architect. - Manage the stakeholders (primarily F&O). Qualifications : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Dynamics 365 F&O implementations. - Deep knowledge of finance, supply chain, and operations within D365 F&O. - Even theoretical Know-how of CE will be a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O are highly desirable. - Team & Client Management experience is necessary.
