We are looking for a motivated and passionate person. As an experienced Game Producer, you will have a portfolio of proven quality with a determination to push boundaries and create a kick-ass game. You enjoy working as part of a team and work towards improving the efficiency of the team. Roles & Responsibilities : - The candidate would be working closely with the product team. The projects will mainly focus on the Ludo Star game. - The main stakeholders for this role would be the Product Managers of the respective pod. - The candidate is required to be self-motivated and passionate about solving ambiguous problems using first principles thinking. - Act as a consultant from analytics side to partner up with the product managers to help shape product roadmap and add business value - Conduct deep dives into critical business aspects, evaluate A/B experiments and communicate data and insights clearly to team and stakeholders. - Leverage statistics and advanced analytics techniques to solve problems and help make decision making Requirements : - Preferred Bachelors from Tier-1 institute with some past relevant experience in Analytics / Business. - Analytics Roles in ideally user-facing product companies (B2C preferred over B2B). - Experience in Social Product companies would be a great plus. - Candidates with past projects in involving A/B Experiments and using on advanced analytics techniques (Like statistics/python/ML etc.) are preferred - Key Skill Sets: Standard Competencies for PA Good problem solving skills and Critical thinking Your Adventure at Gameberry Labs : At Gameberry Labs, we're all about riding the wave of new trends, tech and building the best possible player experience that shapes the gaming universe.
