Join our technology-driven team as a Decision Architect to delve into the complexities of NBA requirements and enhance your subject matter expertise in Pega CDH from a tech perspective. Engage actively in developing and reviewing the conceptual and detailed design, and orchestrate the implementation of the NBAs in alignment with our agreed frameworks. Role: Decision Architect (DA). Location: Chennai/Bangalore. Mode: In-office. Skill set: - Expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) for designing and managing NBA solutions. - Strong problem-solving skills for addressing business challenges effectively. - Ability to develop conceptual and detailed designs aligned with best practices. - Experience in end-to-end testing and issue resolution to ensure smooth operation. - Knowledge of data analytics concepts and working understanding of Pega CDH. - Project management skills for overseeing implementation activities and ensuring successful Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical implementation through NBA solutions. - Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and manage effective NBA solutions using Pega CDH. - Deep dive into NBA requirements to understand business challenges and desired outcomes thoroughly. - Actively participate in technical design discussions, proposing optimal solutions using Pega CDH. - Develop and review conceptual and detailed designs for NBAs, ensuring alignment with best practices. - Orchestrate NBA implementation, taking ownership from design to deployment for successful launches. - Champion end-to-end testing and oversee implementation activities to ensure smooth operation.
