Technical Lead - AngularJS/Java/Node.js

Role & responsibilities : Role : Tech Lead, primarily manage technology-related projects and supervise those requiring technical expertise. Multifaceted and requires a diverse range of interdisciplinary skills, should have relevant expertise in the related technological fields, understand the intricacies of the project, communicate complex technical jargon to colleagues, and lead a successful project. Sufficient project management experience with in-depth understanding of various project management techniques, strategies, and processes. Excellent time management, strong analytical thinking, and problemsolving abilities are essential. Should also be able to anticipate challenges and roadblocks that may threaten to derail the project Responsibilities : - Develop and manage project plans, budgets, scope, and schedules. - Interact with the stakeholders to define and finalize the project objectives. - Hold regular team meetings to allocate tasks to the teammates. - Work with the technology for each project while updating it when advanced versions are released. - Update stakeholders via regular reports. - Establish and train teams, when necessary, on technical processes and strategies. - Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including personnel assignments and reviews. - Establish and implement training methods for technical personnel Key skills : - Proven experience (typically 8 years) in Angular, Node JS and Java development Be an individual contributor and lead a team of 10 software developers. - Design, develop, modify, implement, and complete ownership & accountability for software modules. Determine the root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions. - Work with the Technology Head / Architect in determining process improvements and coding best practices. Interact and coordinate with Product Team for designing and maintaining software documentation. - Broad experience in designing, programming, and implementing large-scale consumer-facing platforms. Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). - Experience using system monitoring tools and infrastructure including Cloud technology like AWS/Azure/Google. Experience with front-end development principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility. - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills (ref:hirist.tech)
