We are looking for key technical talent who will form the core of the company. This team will build the product from the ground up, and contribute to architecture, design, and platform - with lots of room for innovation Key Responsibility : - Independently responsible for the entire lifecycle of features including design, development, and deployment. - Technical Execution of the module assigned with a strict timeline defined. - Improves code structure and architecture in service of testability and maintainability. - Writes, co-writes, and reviews design documentation. - Prioritizes and values unowned or undesirable work that enables the team to move faster Collaboration - Works with their team and adjacent teams to solve problems. Escalates problems that have a wider scope. - Guide other teams in terms of making design choices who are going to touch the code owned by this team. - Participates in the hiring process (meeting candidates, attending recruiting events, presenting externally, or writing for Engineering blogs). - Conduct engineering interviews. Your Qualifications : - An engineering degree BE/BTech/MTech in Computer science - 3 Years minimum experience in writing code and solving technical challenges.
