SuccessFactors Comp/VP Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities : - Good experience in conducting business requirement workshops and performing PoCs. - Good experience in Compensation/VP templates creation,copy templates, make configuration changes, configuration of route map, budget, eligiblity rules and rating sources, creation of standard statement templates as well as XSL configuration to include requirements, EC Integrated and stand alone Comp/VP template configuration, integration from EC - Comp - EC, publishing statements to profile. - Configuration of business goals, business plans, Import employee history, Bonus payout, end to end testing and UAT as well as the ability to meet customer requirements by customizations. - Good work experience in Comp/VP reporting. - Good work experience in data migration and data cleansing activities involved in implementation of SuccessFactors. (Instance refresh/sync) - Implementation experience and customer front ending role. - Basic Product knowledge of EC is must. - Excellent client handling skills during the implementation. - Work collaboratively with the client team and third parties to define timelines and effort for the implementation of any improvement. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong learning ability, agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments, ability to analyse issues and recommend workable solution. - Excellent delegation, negotiation and strong people management skills - Excellent communicator with good articulation and consulting skills. - Flexible with a positive attitude - Good people motivator exhibiting strong people management skills (ref:hirist.tech)
