More than 3,000 customers and managed service providers rely on Netenrich to deliver secure operations at scale Job Title : Deal Desk Specialist Years of Experience : 4 Work Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office) About the role : 1. Core Competence around "Cyber Security Solutions" for Infrastructure (Datacentre, Network, Cloud) and/or managed security services-based engagements. 2. The individual will be responsible in providing security solution and subject matter expertise during solutioning. 3. Develop in-depth knowledge of Netenrich pricing models to provide deal structuring and quoting support to our Global Sales teams. 4. Work closely with the technical community to ensure that technical knowledge is maintained, and that project work can be accurately scoped. 5. Participate in deal qualification process. 6. Analyse deal requirements to structure the solution. 7. Act as point of contact and subject matter expert for Sales on deal pricing matters. 8. Work cross-functionally with stakeholder groups including Legal, Sales Operations, Order Management, Finance and Product Management. 9. Create sales enablement materials to train Sales on best practices for product pricing and positioning. 10. Co-ordinate with Sales Management for sales approval. Minimum Qualifications : 1. Deep understanding of infrastructure (data centre, network) security / cloud security / managed security services / security operations centre / compliance & risk management 2. Commercial / Business Finance Understanding and acumen. 3. Bachelor's Degree required. 4. 4years' experience in a Presales role or Deal Desk role 5. Hands-on experience in quote-to-contract process using any CPQ tool or an equivalent system. 6. Ability to thoroughly understand, navigate, and advance long, complex sales cycles. 7. Ability to read, interpret, and draft business contracts. 8. Participate in review of and response to RFPs, RFIs and RFQs 9. Possess strong business acumen and excellent verbal and written communication skills. 10. Possess strong logic and analytical abilities. 11. Ability to work flexible hours to support EST and PST time zones. 12. Advanced proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) 13. Understanding of business revenue metrics (ref:hirist.tech)
