Project Manager - IT Project Delivery

Job Description : Mobile Programming is looking for a project manager who is responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans. Responsibilities : - Overseeing software projects from start to finish, managing and motivating software developers and other team members, giving customer presentations, and writing project proposals - Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance - Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion - Design and build efficient, scalable systems that are used by millions of people - Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design - Investigate production issues pertaining to customer features to determine root cause and implement solutions - Investigate existing queries and write new queries with performance optimisation in mind - Able to develop Road map within timeline - Allocating team work leadership - Should be able to manage back-end, front-end database - Mode:- Work from Office - Shift:- Noon Shift - Location Gurgaon (Preferred), Mohali, Bangalore, Pune - Experience: 5 years to 10 yrs Requirement : - Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar field - Must have post qualification - Must have minimum 5 years relevant experience in project management and software development - Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques - Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests - Knowledge of multiple languages and libraries (e.g. Flutter, HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, C#, Java, Python, JavaScript frameworks,Angular, React, Node.js) Any language proficiency will work - Good leadership, decision-making, and organisation skills - Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills - Notice period is 15-20 days (ref:hirist.tech)
