Business Analyst - ServiceNow

Job Description : - Being a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end ServiceNow product lifecycle, from requirements analysis through production support. - Business Analysis at Tech Mahindra consists of analysing customer requirements, preparing user stories, crafting detailed solution documents for product enhancements, and occasional support for post-deployment activities to ensure successful ServiceNow : - Engaging with business stakeholders to understand their business needs and to outline detailed requirements. - Collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to craft solutions, enhancing existing product functionality. - Drafting ServiceNow requirements and solutions documentation, producing product training and support collateral. - Participate in the development and grooming of Agile User Stories. - Documentation of workflow, leveraging third party tools and technology. - Working closely and collaboratively with development and QA teams to ensure optimal quality throughout ServiceNow's software development lifecycle. - Participation in the QA (Testing) lifecycle to validate solution has met requirements as documented and providing feedback on testing results. - Conducting needs assessments calls and product demonstrations with prospective customers. - Able to effectively facilitate user group sessions, requirements gathering workshops with a variety of participants from both business and technology. Skills and Experience : - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - At least three (3) years of professional experience in a relevant business analysis/product management position (ServiceNow) - Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on the ServiceNow platform. - In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM). - .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred. - Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders from across the Enterprise. - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment in which you may be expected to assume multiple simultaneous responsibilities. - Working knowledge of Jira or other scrum tools - ITIL knowledge and experience. - ServiceNow CSA certified. - Good to have CIS certifications.
