Job Overview : Design and develop the technology stack for all manufacturing plants with the objective of improving efficiency, decision making and Achieving a "True Digital Factory" Vision and lead the Digital Manufacturing portfolio of the Organization Main Responsibilities : - Identify digitalization opportunities and to prioritize key initiatives which will benefit manufacturing - Sensorization of critical touchpoints to improve data collection - Develop vendors to build higher end automation and applications for Manufacturing analytics, vision systems, IT/OT Integration, etc. - Design and deploy digitization projects along with plant process engineering teams for Energy Management, Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, MES, Warehouse Management, OEE, Labour Productivity, Safety, Traceability, etc. - Tech maturity scorecard at each plant (extent of digitization) - Responsible for Digitalization of Manufacturing services : to enable effective processes, - Responsible for Digitalization of Plant Production to enable improved production processes - Responsible for Digitalization Process engineering to deploy digitization projects on ground Key Internal Interfaces : - Plant Heads - Production team - Process Engineering team - Engineering Services team - QA Team - Purchase team - Finance Team Key External Interfaces : Vendors, Technology Partners, Consultants & Industry Experts, Standardization Organizations DESIRED PROFILE : Education : - BE/MTech/MBA - Certification in Digital Manufacturing is added Advantage Experience : - 6 - 12 years of experience in digitization and manufacturing, Industry 4.0, MES Implementation, Data Analytics DESIRED SKILLS : - Functional expertise in factory IIoT design and deployment, vendor development and management, engineering and automation expertise, project management capabilities, management experience, stakeholder management. - Experience in Full fledged MES Implementation - Experience in SAP Integration of Mfg systems - Experience in Implementation of Warehouse Management system - Experience in Implementation of Industry 4.0 Initiatives - Engineering skills in Sensors, IoT, PLC, - SCADA and Controls logic is desirable.
