Job Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Head to join our state of the art manufacturing company who is subject matter expert of CyberSecurity & Information Security domain and Lead the central IT Security portfolio of Exide Energies Main Responsibilities : IT Security Roadmap & Projects : - To build strategy on implementing security standards across People, Process and Technology as NIST Cybersecurity framework Standards - Act as Solution architect for security setup for both IT & OT Infra Setup, - Application Stack, Cloud Setup, Industry 4.0 Solutions. - Develop, Enhance / Security Roadmap, solutions (As is Vs to be) - Evaluate & Implement Cyber Security/Information Security solutions in line with Market trends & Business Requirements : - Recognize the emerging technology trends and ensure cybersecurity controls are implemented to secure the ever-changing landscape - Build partnerships with Security products Vendors and Security Solution providers - Ensure the technologies are meeting the regulatory guidelines as per Cert-in etc. - Lead, Strategize Security training for Internal IT Teams & Awareness trainings for the - Business Teams such as R&D, Mfg, Supply Chain and other functions IT Security Operations : - IT Security framework effectiveness and effective cybersecurity management using proactive monitoring mechanism governance structure - Leads discussions on Security issues and ensure timely resolution and prepare RCA - Acts as escalation point for Major Security incidents, issues or problems - Support the Internal IT Team in ensuring identified Security control gaps are understood and Remediated - Continuous VAPT exercises across the different IT stacks both IT & OT - Continuous Training mechanism for different type of users to ensure people act as first line of defence IT Security Risk Management & Governance : - Strong Review and Governance structure for Security Operations and regular security operations Review - Review of IT Team & Business teams related systems & processes to ensure they are aligned with Information Security policies and Security process Position : Head Cybersecurity Department : IT Location : Bengaluru Reports to CIO - Understand key cybersecurity considerations in relation to the Applications and Infra platforms, Including Cyber Security Risks & Controls - Perform Security Risk Assessment on IT Infrastructure, Application, Cloud and New Requirements : - Prepare Security Risk Dashboard & Publish to Stake holders, Track Risk Remediation & Ensure Remediation - Ensure participation in Management forum and provide update on security posture of the Organization IT Audits & Compliance : - Ensure Internal/External Audits are carried out as per Schedule - Coordinate with Teams during Audit - Collect, Review and submit the evidence from teams to audit within Agreed timelines - Follow up on post audit remediation and closures of finding Key Internal Interfaces : - IT Department - All Operations Department - R&D and Quality Assurance Team - Finance Department - End Users and Production Teams - Purchase team Key External Interfaces : Vendors, Technology Partners, Consultants & Industry Experts, Standardization Organizations DESIRED PROFILE : Education : BE, MBA is added advantage Experience : 10-15 Years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity Role DESIRED SKILLS : - Experience and Knowledge of Security best practices for IT Infra, OT Infra, Application and Cloud environments - Certified ISO auditor and hands on experience in implementing and managing ISO 27001 framework - Need experience in leading and owning the cybersecurity and information security practices for the organization - Hands-on experience with Security technologies and Project management & support for security products - Understanding and implementation of Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity framework - Certification in CISSP, CISA and CEH is preferred - Manufacturing Industry experience such as OT Security is preferred - Certification in Cloud and Cloud Security is preferred Behavioral : - Collaboration, Conflict Resolution, Time Management, Influence and Negotiation, Resilience, Delegation, Decision Making (ref:hirist.tech)
