Solution Architect - Ariba

Job Title : Ariba Architect to lead our Ariba implementation projects. Location : Mumbai, Kandivali. Deployment Requirement : Starting Immediately Job Description : Role Overview : The Ariba Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Ariba solutions for our clients. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, architecting Ariba solutions, and overseeing the implementation process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities : 1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Ariba solutions. 2. Design end-to-end Ariba solutions that align with business goals and objectives. 3. Lead the implementation of Ariba modules, including Ariba Procure-to-Pay, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, and Ariba Supplier Management. 4. Configure Ariba applications to meet client specifications and optimize functionality. 5. Develop integration strategies to connect Ariba solutions with existing systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). 6. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. 7. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users on Ariba best practices and functionality. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. 9. Stay updated on the latest Ariba features, enhancements, and best practices. 10. Serve as a subject matter expert on Ariba solutions, providing thought leadership and guidance to both internal teams and clients. Qualifications : 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience architecting and implementing Ariba solutions. 3. In-depth knowledge of Ariba modules, including Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management. 4. Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices. Demonstrated implementation capabilities - specifically in the Indirect Procurement processes. 5. Experience with Ariba integration technologies (e.g., SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway). 6. Excellent planning, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. 7. Proven track record of leading successful Ariba implementation projects. 8. Ariba certification(s) strongly preferred. 9. Must have the capability to analyze Business Requirements and derive fitment into the Ariba platform. (ref:hirist.tech)
