Role : Data Analyst HT Labs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic data team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand key business objectives and data requirements. - Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to extract, transform, and load data into various systems and databases. - Utilize Google Analytics to track and monitor website and app performance, and provide recommendations for optimization. - Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Data Studio, providing clear and concise data summaries to stakeholders. - Perform complex data analysis using Python or other scripting languages to uncover patterns, trends, and insights. REQUIREMENTS : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - 1-2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst. - Strong proficiency in BigQuery, Google Analytics, Python, Data Studio and Mongo DB, with a deep understanding of their features and functionalities. - Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes and tools. - Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large, complex datasets. - Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining techniques, and data visualization principles. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
