Senior Java Developer - Spring/Hibernate

We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead to be responsible for providing solutions for technical issues which may affect product delivery. The Java Technical Lead will facilitate requirement analyses, conduct peer reviews and provide feedback, and enhance frameworks. Summary : To be successful as a Java Tech Lead, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Java technologies. Ultimately, a top-notch Java Technical Lead should have good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills. Responsibilities : - Extensive development & team handling experience. - Sound knowledge of estimation techniques. - Passionate about technology and emerging technology trends. - Excellent analytical, communication, documentation & interpersonal skills. - Well versed with agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, and design patterns. - Demonstrated strengths in designing software architectures/design for delivering scalable, extensible, maintainable solutions from scratch. - Strong experience in Core Java, Advance Java, OOPs, MySQL. - Demonstrated strengths in Spring, Spring boot, Microservice, REST API's, MongoDb, Hibernate, - Log4J, Junit, XML , JSON , SOAP etc. - Demonstrated strength in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3. - Experience with Git and continuous integration. - Well versed with unit testing. - Have hands-on experience of at least one continuous integration and continuous delivery technology, such as Jenkins, ELK Stack etc. - Expertise in any of the front end technologies such as Angular, React etc (good to have). - Expertise in FinTech domain would be added advantage. Your specific duties in this role will include: - You will be involved in end-to-end product lifecycle from ground up and will be the key contributor and decision maker in deciding the product architecture. - Right from team member identification through recruitments and team member allocation to a project (based on their strengths), you will play the role of a strategic partner for the Java team. - Actively seek to remove knowledge silos within the team and will ensure that the team members are growing technically (ref:hirist.tech)
