General Qualifications : - Advanced Degree : BS, Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields. - Programming Skills : Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar programming languages. - Data Handling : Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis. - Machine Learning Frameworks : Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar frameworks. - Communication Skills : Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience : 8 yrs Specialized Skills for Each Area : Transformers : - Model Training : Skills in training and fine-tuning transformer models. - Architecture Understanding : Deep understanding of transformer architecture and its variants. Prompt Engineering : - Creative Problem-Solving : Ability to design effective prompts for various AI models. - Model Interaction : Experience in interacting with models like GPT-3 for specific outputs. AI Bias and Risks : - Ethical AI : Knowledge of ethical considerations and bias in AI. - Risk Assessment : Ability to assess and mitigate risks in AI systems. Vision : Image Processing : - Experience with image recognition, object detection, and computer vision techniques. Deep Learning for Vision : - Familiarity with CNNs, GANs, and other neural network architectures for image processing. Natural Language Processing (NLP) : - Language Models : Experience with modern NLP techniques and language models (e.g., BERT, GPT). Text Processing : - Skills in text mining, text classification, sentiment analysis. - NLP Libraries : Proficiency in NLP libraries like NLTK, SpaCy, Hugging Face Transformers.
