Business Analyst

Job Description : - Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, and drive improvements in supply chain processes through data analytics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in analyzing business requirements and translating them into Analytics projects. - Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the successful conversion of requirements into technical specifications. - Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues impacting business processes and recommend corrective actions or process improvements to resolve issues. - Actively participate in meetings and discussions with client teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights. Technical Skills : - Experience in conducting root cause analysis to identify issues impacting supply chain processes. - Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, lean manufacturing to recommend corrective actions and process enhancements. - Basic understanding of databases and ETL processes to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Proficiency to use tools like Excel, Process mapping tools etc - Familiar with capabilities of tools like Tableau or Power BI to present insights effectively.
