DevOps Manager - Docker/Kubernetes

About the Role : Core responsibility is to understand the client's requirements and deliver excellence. As a Devops Manager, you would directly oversee the implementation, deployment, and integration of solutions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery. Your role involves planning, executing, managing devops team to ensure they meet their objectives on time, within budget, and according to specifications of the SLAs. Responsibilities : You will work with client's development teams to streamline CI/CD processes. Overseeing key performance indicators and ensuring continuous improvement in deployment cycles and system reliability Developing and executing a comprehensive DevOps strategy in line with organizational Client's requirements Managing and mentoring multiple DevOps teams across different projects or departments Leading the evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge tools and technologies Collaborating with senior leadership to integrate DevOps with overall business strategy Driving cultural change to support agile and DevOps methodologies Project Planning, Risk Management, Stakeholder management, QA, Budgeting, Documentation and Reporting, Team Leadership, Resource management, Continuous improvement Requirements : B.Tech/B.E/BCA / MBA/ MCA Minimum 8 Years of Devops experience required preferably in IT services organizations. Must Have skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and customer orientation. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Ansible, etc. DevOps Team management Experience working in agile and/or DevOps environments. Good to have skills : Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or similar are a plus.
