Job Description : A technical Specialist to spearhead our team of experts and tech enthusiasts, driving the creation of cutting-edge solutions. Your profound expertise across design, analytics, development, coding, testing, and application programming will elevate team performance, ensuring alignment with standards and meeting business and functional needs. You'll provide strategic direction and tackle intricate, mission-critical challenges both internally and externally. Responsibilities : - Lead a development team through all stages of system development and implementation, encompassing analysis, design, development, testing, and ongoing support across diverse and complex development platforms. - Take ownership of technical change management, source code, and technical documentation, adhering to best practices. - Document, test, and provide continuous support for applications using industry-standard code analysis tools. - Master existing systems, applications, and product architectures, identifying opportunities for short and long-term enhancements. - Coordinate product development from inception to distribution, overseeing concept art, finalization, and release. - Offer architecture guidance with a focus on solution architecture, performance, scaling, and security to deliver scalable, flexible, robust, and efficient applications. - Drive technical design solutions, select appropriate frameworks, and apply design patterns consistently. - Guide and supervise developers throughout product design, planning, development, implementation, and testing phases. - Conduct team meetings, including scrum ceremonies, to review schedules and milestones. - Create and manage project plans for large foundation projects, proactively managing changes in scope and devising contingency plans. Requirements/Skills : - Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects - Excellent knowledge of HTML 5, CSS, Java Script - Experience with of WCF, Restful Web Services, Web API - Experience with ASP.NET MVC 5.0 or later, MVVM - Solid knowledge with relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL) - Exposure to cloud computing, distributed computing, and microservices architecture. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business problems, structure solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Familiarity with ORM, including Entity Framework, and latest web UI technologies. - Experience in n-tier environment and MVC-based frameworks. - Versed in Agile methodology and high-volume web application environments.
