HIH - Infrastructure Engineering Advisor - WFE Operations Advisor Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated WFE Operations Advisor specializing in Verint Applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, scripting, database management, cloud platforms, and operating systems. Responsibilities Verint Applications Support: Verint Call Recording Verint Quality Management Verint Workforce Management Verint Speech Analytics Verint Text Analytics Verint Customer Feedback Survey Verint Experience Management Survey Verint Desktop and Process Analytics Data Analysis & Scripting: Perform data analysis with strong analytical capabilities. Develop automation scripts using Microsoft PowerShell. Database Management: Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL databases. Cloud Platforms Administration: Administer and troubleshoot various cloud platforms. Operating Systems Management: Troubleshoot and manage Microsoft Windows Desktop and Microsoft Windows Server environments. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues with a strong focus on problem-solving. Qualifications Required Skills: Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Verint applications including Call Recording, Quality Management, Workforce Management, Speech Analytics, Text Analytics, Customer Feedback Survey, Experience Management Survey, and Desktop and Process Analytics. Strong capabilities in data analysis. Proficient in Microsoft PowerShell for automation and scripting. Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL for database management and troubleshooting. Experience in the administration and troubleshooting of various cloud platforms. Proficient in troubleshooting and managing Microsoft Windows Desktop and Microsoft Windows Server environments. Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and consensus among team members. Required Experience & Education: 11-13 years of experience University Degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience
