Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Project Manager to join a Property Services team in Calgary, specializing in construction, renovations, and restoration. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction and demonstrate a successful history in both project management and sales. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee new construction, renovations or restoration projects from inception to completion. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Support in estimating project costs and preparing detailed proposals. Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Drive sales efforts to secure new business and expand the client base. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry At least 3 years of experience in project management in construction (residential or commercial) Proven sales experience, with a track record of successfully winning business and running projects. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly accountable and able to work independently.
