Junior Accounting Manager Location: San Luis Potosí Job Description: We are seeking a Junior Accounting Manager to oversee and coordinate general accounting processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient reporting. Key Responsibilities: Manage general accounting tasks , including the closing process in SAP, Oracle, or AS400 (JDE) . Approve financial reports and ensure bank account reconciliations are completed accurately. Coordinate intercompany processes , including loans and dispute resolution . Maintain and analyze balance sheets ; manage sub-ledgers and perform monthly account reconciliations . Ensure correct recording of operations such as: Fixed assets control (additions and retirements) CIP control (Construction in Progress) Petty cash management Coordination of cash and payroll modules with the accounting module CAPEX additions Intercompany product quotations calculations and analysis Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or equivalent experience. 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance . Previous experience in a Financial Shared Services Center is desirable. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with other Microsoft tools. Expertise in internal control practices and month-end closing processes . Experience with cost analysis . Familiarity with ERP systems : Oracle, SAP, AS400.
