TCS is looking for a SAP WM Work modality: Hybrid (Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week) Job summary As an SAP WM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with business users and capturing detailed business requirements, analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and preparing (KDR – Key Design Requirements) document, configuring the SAP WM module by creating CRD Configuration Requirements Document), and overseeing implementations. You will collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of warehouse management processes within the organization. Responsibilities Document detailed requirements, gain alignment and communicate requirements to all stake holders in business and other Digital teams. Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications. Design, configure, and implement SAP WM solutions. Work with development team, risk management and compliance team and other teams as needed to develop, test and implement WM solutions. Lead workshops and discussions with key stakeholders. Create KT (Knowledge Transfer) document and conduct formal training sessions to support team and to end-users. Perform system testing in development, Quality (validated environment) and capture formal test runs in ALM. Collaborate with other functional teams, Integration, Development, Security and Basis teams as need basis. Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the SAP WM landscape. Create formal UR (User Requirements), FR (Functional Requirements), Test Scripts in HP ALM and execute them validated environments Creating RFC’s (Request for change) in Service Manager and getting them approved Prepare and maintain documentation for configuration, testing, and training. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP WM configuration and implementation. Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices. Working knowledge in intercompany, imports, and exports processes Working knowledge of SD, QM, MM, GTS (Global Trade Services), MDG, and ATTP is a plus Proven experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, MM, WM and EWM modules. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
