Job Summary The Oracle Cloud SCM Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading the Supply Chain Management Support team. The job involves closely working with the client and their teams on Oracle Cloud applications and integration solutions and understanding their day-to-day operations. The correct candidate should be able to work with global teams, lead team members, and manage deliverables for the Oracle Supply Chain Track. You will also contribute to various roles, including thought leadership, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation. This role may require you to guide and mentor support team members. What do you need to come abord? Work with global teams and manage deliverables. Understand all Supply Chain Flows and have hands on experience in at least two of the following applications: P2P, O2C, Manufacturing & Cost Management, Product Management, Inventory Management Ability to support the overall SCM solution To Rock This Role, You Should 5 years of experience within at least 2 of the following Oracle Cloud SCM products: Oracle Procure to Pay (P2P) Oracle Order to Cash (O2C) Manufacturing & Cost Management, Product Management, Inventory Management Supply Chain Planning WMS At least three years of experience in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency in SCM specifically. Have a solid understanding of support methodology. Experience in solution estimation and team structure definition. Fluent and current on architecture trends in the SCM space. Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/ or large support endeavors. Proficient in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents. Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary team and client members. Strong written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff. Experience working on multiple concurrent support clients. Excellent problem-solving skills. Be independent and self-driven. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field, or relevant on-the-job experience. What can we offer you?
