About the Role: The role focuses on the operational and strategic management of export processes, with a primary emphasis on coordinating daily shipments and customer service. We are looking for someone capable of managing direct relationships with key clients and working closely with the commercial team to ensure the proper execution of orders. The position is operational, overseeing a team and requires proficiency in SAP, document management, and excellent English skills to interact with international clients. Additionally, fostering continuous improvement and operational efficiency is key, leading regular meetings with the team and collaborating with various departments, such as logistics and supply chain planning. Responsibilities: Focus on operations more than strategy. Manage direct relationship with the U.S. to generate daily shipments (coordinate the entire team through the whole process, documentation, etc.). Export process | Work with the commercial team on wholesale channel orders. Export process and building relationships with clients such wholesalers walmart, costco, sams. (customer service, attention to detail). Proficiency in English required. Knowledge of SAP. Direct customer support and order management. Act as the main point of contact for escalations. Foster strong relationships with commercial teams and channels. Identify process gaps and promote continuous improvements. Liaise with Commercial, Local Logistics, and Supply Chain Planning. Oversee delivery schedules and team priorities. Build and guide a strong and efficient team.
