Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is hiring a bilingual HR Manager for a manufacturing customer of ours in Tijuana Mexico with an average headcount of 250 employees. The HR Manager will have a team of 2 HR specialist and must be fluent in spanish and english (written and verbal) as they will be working with stakeholders in the US. This is a hands-on approach role, where they are expected to be present on the plant floor, assist with events and activities and foster a positive work culture. Will be responsible for understanding and enforcing Mexican work regulations and compliance standards, including employee benefit programs. Will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment, while strategically aligning HR practices with the company's goals. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 4-5 years HR Manager experience within Manufacturing industry Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration Fluent in Spanish and English (verbally and written) Strong understanding of Mexican federal work regulations and compliance Mexican Federal Occupational-Social Security Regulations (IMSS & INFONAVIT) Familiar with employee benefit programs (MX based) Understands recruiting and hiring best practices Can demonstrate recruitment strategy/process driven Must have experience working in TRESS software OR SIMILAR Understand how to calculate taxes from government in payroll Understand how to do verification and social security payments NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Familiar with TRESS software Skilled in Tax calculation process
