We’re Hiring: Senior Electrical Designer (Residential & Industrial Projects) Join our team as a Senior Electrical Designer and work remotely on large-scale commercial, industrial, and multi-residential building projects . Location : Remote (EST Time Zone) ⏰ Schedule : Flexible, with core hours from 10 AM – 7 PM EST No travel required | No overtime expected Compensation & Payment Options We offer two structures based on experience and preference: 1️⃣ Payroll: $40K – $43K MXN gross ✅ Superior legal benefits ✅ Life insurance ✅ Major medical coverage ✅ Online medical consultations 2️⃣ Direct Contractor: $48K – $50K MXN net ✅ 12 vacation days ✅ 15 days of holiday bonus ✅ Accounting support Who We're Looking For We’re specifically looking for Electrical Engineers ( not Electronics or Mechatronics ) with proven experience in full-scope electrical system design for residential and/or industrial construction projects. ️ Key Responsibilities ✅ Design complete electrical systems: power distribution, wiring, panel sizing, lighting, and fire alarm systems ✅ Handle building design in different construction phases ✅ Collaborate with mechanical and structural teams ✅ Work independently and manage multiple projects ✅ Use AutoCAD at an advanced level (required) Must-Have Qualifications 10 years of experience in building electrical systems design Proven expertise in fire alarm system design and code compliance (NFPA, CAN/ULC) Advanced AutoCAD skills – blocks, annotations, detailed schematics Strong understanding of building and electrical codes Advanced English – capable of communicating with teams and clients Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision Nice-to-Haves ✨ Revit proficiency ✨ Experience with high-voltage systems, solar PV, or EV charging stations What You’ll Get ✅ Impactful work on high-value commercial and industrial projects ✅ 100% remote work with flexible hours ✅ Competitive compensation packages ✅ A stable, supportive work environment Ready to level up your career?
