This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues. First Brands Group is hiring a New Product Introduction Program Manager . REMOTE/HIBRYD The primary function of this role is to lead our go to market efforts for new products. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Leadership of our New Product Introduction projects. Serves as the single point of contact for assigned projects Oversees cross functional collaboration to ensure project objectives and deadlines are communicated and met Creates, tracks, and reports status of appropriately detailed project plans for high visibility projects. Ensures NPI stakeholders (customers, product mgmt, sales, and Business Unit leadership) are kept up to date regarding project status Maintains an awareness of business activities that can potentially impact NPI activities so that appropriate risk mitigations can be developed as necessary to meet project deliverables Escalates project risks to functional level managers and Business Unit leadership as necessary to ensure actions are in place to ensure timely project completion Leads daily and weekly meetings for the purpose of establishing, communicating, and monitoring priorities and identifying and assigning ownership of issues and risks Is the NPI process owner. Has ownership for creating and maintaining appropriate process flows for efficient project execution. Organizes and leads management reviews of NPI activities Education Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business management or equivalent in education and experience Bilingual 3 years combined professional experience in: Operations, engineering, supply chain, purchasing, or program management Aftermarket product development and launch - Preferred Molding, assembly process Ability to lead and motivate employees Excel, Project Management, APQP
