Job Title: Project Control Analyst Location: Mexico Type: Fulltime (Remote) Responsibilities: Job Description Summary Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through internal support to the services and support organization whilst building customer intimacy & advocacy with a Digital focus. The role is balanced between autonomy and standardized operating discipline with a focus on execution of activities. Job Description This role is embedded in the team global service organization as a business partner, reporting to the PCA Manager and indirectly to the Regional Finance Leader. Should have good experience in SAP, Earned value management and Project budgeting and forecasting. The project control analyst will be responsible to support regional project control initiatives & drive standardization of PCA processes using applied on-the-job standard work. The mission specifically includes: Develop and harmonies PCA Processes / Workflows. Support Continuous Improvement Initiatives on PCA / Finance topics. Actively track and manage to the PCA KPI’s. Work Closely with the Project Management Office to: Manage, track and provide analysis on support contracts and projects (sales, forecast estimates to complete, actuals, cost reconciliations, risks and opportunities, cash forecasts). Performs financial analysis (budget deviations and identify root causes) for Project Manager, Project Management Office and HQ reporting. Enters and maintains all project financial data in ERP (orders, invoicing, budgets, purchase requisitions). Support invoicing and cash collection of project and support contracts. Deliver monthly close of assigned business units by country and communicate any exceptions. Further Essential Responsibilities Drive PCA Lessons Learned and improve efficiency, actively engage in the Continuous Improvement and further Lean Initiatives Ensure compliance to the Global Standard process for Project Controls Liaison with Central Quality function to ensure alignment of regional best practices to global Quality standards Liaison with other appropriate Teams within the Region e.g. Comm Ops, Finance, Sales required in the formation of the End-to-End Project Control Processes. Participate in Project reviews as part of the Leader Standard Work, to ensure the application of the defined Project Control approach. Qualifications/Requirements Fluent in English. SAP Super User (preferred) Excellent excel, Smartsheet or equivalent. Strong Project Financial Management background (5 years’ experience). Strong experience in used PCA tools and related processes. Previous work experience in multi-cultural global environment. Personally, capable to drive changes through functional reporting lines and manage by influence.
