Job Description
Job Title: Financial Systems Analyst Location: Mexico City (Hybrid) Job Description: The Financial Systems Analyst role is essential for detailed analysis of data and systems, and the creation of reports and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. This position is key in the daily management of data within the company’s software applications and the implementation of regulatory projects. Main Responsibilities: Lead or support the analysis of systems and their impacts for the implementation of regulatory projects, including electronic tax invoicing solutions. Manage the status of the regulatory program and collaborate with product owners and financial systems analysts to ensure the accuracy of changes. Test solutions and communicate test results to the Agile Regulation team. Perform other tasks as assigned according to project needs. Technical and Experience Requirements: Required Knowledge and Skills: Experience in creating user stories and managing backlogs. Strong knowledge of PCs, networks, and peripheral devices. Experience in data mining tools and data processing, particularly SQL. Experience working in Agile teams with knowledge of methodologies like Scrum, SAFe, etc. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Required Experience: At least 4 years of experience in technical analysis and/or project management. Experience in similar projects with a focus on user stories and requirements gathering. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related fields. Languages: Advanced English (C1) in both oral and written communication.
