Sr Materials Manager

We have a new position in our facility located in Ciénega de Flores, NL. and we need you to help us growth. At this moment we are seeking: Sr. Materials Manager R&R Overview Operate, maintain and improv material systems in plants according to BOS requirement. Lead team to make material and production plans, ensure accuracy and rationality. In charge of suppliers’ production forecast and PO release, ensure timely materials delivery to meet manufactory demanding. Ensure the accuracy of material management system and warehouse data, improve inventory turnover continuously. Ensure timely and accurate delivery and give instructions on customs related work. Detailed R&R In charge of collecting and reviewing production plan from customers, making material and production plans, ensure accuracy and rationality. In charge of suppliers’ production forecast and PO release, track supplier’s production capability continuously and ensure manufactory capability are met. Supervise the implementation of the production plan, ensure shipment meet customers’ requirement and report shipment promptly. Ensure the accuracy of material information management system and adjust it according to certain requirement Ensure the accuracy of warehouse data and operation standardization, implement "first in first out" and visual management, and achieve the goal of lean logistics through timely delivery and inventory management technology. Give instructions on customs related work and ensure normal function of customs related work. Lead material department to implement continuous improvement, supervise the implementation of action plans, promote the development of material management. In charge of department safety and implementation of regulations, optimization of safety equipment. Practice safety protection and safe production target to ensure employee and equipment safety. Coach and train staff to leverage their strength and ensure effective deployment of CID and succession plan, to continuously improving staff engagement. Qualification Educational Background: Bachelor degree and above, major in machinery/material is prefered. Experience: 5 years and above related working experience Excellent planning, tracking, problem analysis and trouble shooting capability. Capability should meet customers‘ specific requirement. Knowledge & skills: Excellent oral and written English communication. Good Excel and MRP system application ability. Sensitive to digit.
