Appointment Setter – Remote Job Description : Remoto Workforce is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team at Remoto Workforce . This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling , lead generation , and appointment setting . Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus. This is a 100% remote position with a direct contract under the RESICO tax scheme . Key Responsibilities : Conduct cold calls to generate leads and schedule qualified appointments with potential clients. Ensure appointments are successfully confirmed and attended. Consistently meet and exceed daily/weekly performance metrics. Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions and outcomes. Work closely with the sales team to optimize conversion rates. Key Requirements : Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting. Experience in a call center is a strong advantage. Advanced English proficiency is required. Goal-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote setting. Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST . Compensation and Benefits : Base Salary : $15,000 MXN/month (direct salary via RESICO ). Uncapped Commissions : $100 MXN per appointment set the same day. $150 MXN if the call is completed the same day of the appointment. 5 PTO days per year. Aguinaldo : 15 days.
