You’ll be successful if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields (desirable: postgraduate studies in business administration, production, or related fields) Minimum 10 years of general experience plus 5years as a Plant Manager. Experience may include Maintenance management, Lean manufacturing, Quality Assurance Administration, HSEQ. Strong knowledge o f supply chain planning and manufacturing business processes Strong knowledge and skills in People Management , Capabilities to build trustworthy relationships stakeholders. Self-starter with the ability to lead a team , mobilize business partners, analyze requirements, push back when required and who is result-oriented and Quality oriented Excellent communications skills in English verbally as well as in writing ( We will have our interviews in English).
