Positions: Azure Data Analyst Location: Fully Remote Mexico Duration: 9 month rolling contract (consulting role) Compensation: 650,000-980,000 MXP Monthly Project: Azure Data Analyst. Optimizing Data Workflows, data ingestion and transformation. Desired Experience 7-8 years experience on data modelling / analytics 5 year experience of navigating data in Azure Databricks Ability to use SQL to analyze data for both development validation and operational support is critical Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret business requirements into performant business solutions Ability to solve medium complexity problems with little to no direction from management Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework / Agile DevOps delivery Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable customer facing, working cross functionally with different teams Day-to-Day Responsibilities A client is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team in Mexico. They will be supporting our platform, Mosaic which delivers a systemized capability for the complete planning & forecasting process by each customer, product, and business unit across the sector, as well as reporting analytics for actuals. They will use Databricks to gather, cleanse, transform and analyze large datasets in preparation for data scientists to build data models with. They will then use Synapse Analytics to integrates big data and data warehousing to query structured and unstructured data as well as Teradata to handle enterprise-level data warehousing with SQL-based transformations. Involved in stakeholder management, guiding them with data driven insights.
