Job Description
Leading logistics comany is looking for an experience Business Development Manager to focus on Air Freight business growth Key Responsabilities: Selling and negotiating air cargo Managing air capacity, rates, supply, demand, types of cargo, and tariff negotiations Analyzing internal and external factors that influence the purchase/allocation of space on an airline Developing negotiations for allotments, BSA, and spot rates, preparing air offers based on cargo volume and frequency with flexibility to adapt to the company's profile changes Following up on customs and logistics processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commercial Relations or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in air cargo sales (airline or general sales agent), heavy cargo, high volume, and/or high-value merchandise Understanding of air capacity behavior, rates, supply, demand, types of cargo, and tariff negotiations Negotiation skills (allotments, BSA, and spot rates) Basic/intermediate knowledge of customs and logistics processes Preferably: experience handling Asian markets English: advanced (bilingual) We offer: Direct hiring by the company Hybrid workplace Benefits above those required by law Job Location: Guadalajara/Mexico City
