Production Planner

Position : Production and Materials Planner Our position is: BD- International trade, commercial trade, BA, Logistics, Industrial engineering or any related area. Experience in Production and Materials Planning in Automotive Companies - MUST English Conversational skills- fluent Advanced MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power point, etc) Desirable Knowledge ERP – QAD will be a plus Materials KPIS Site- Querétaro. Parque O Donnel Aeropuerto, El Marqués Timing availability , resilience, drive, reliable This position will be responsible of : Process the requirements of internal customers to schedule the production of the different lines for shipping and for internal consumption, as well as monitor compliance with the production schedule. 3 year preferably in Automotive Manufacturing of Productions and Materials Planning experience: Process the variations of the requirements of internal customers to convert them into production schedules Ensuring the supply of materials to internal production lines and customers Follow up finished product inventory levels in QAD to secure optimal inventory Ensure optimal inventory levels in the system Follow up on material discrepancies and rejections In charge of monitoring the closing of the programs (balance out) to avoid obsolete materials. Compare the required capacity against the actual installed capacity for each of the lines to define the production schedules. Measure performance and accumulation of production to carry out action plans
