Production Supervisor

Preventing or solving abnormal situations that occur during the production process, ensure continuous and efficient production of high-quality products, and use relevant tools to continuously improve production efficiency and reduce production costs. Manage and lead the operators and multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Arrange production plans and supervise production implementation status according to production instructions to ensure that production tasks are completed on time Summarize production records and documents, feed back production status in a timely manner, and propose and implement plans to improve production efficiency Responsible for the management of the production lines to ensure that the production site complies with the company and the factory's safety, quality, operating specifications and other relevant regulations Lead at the multidisciplinary team for dealing with production site problems, analyzing the root causes of each problem, solving them in time and ensuring that they can be controlled, throught the systemic solving tools Responsible for control at the production site, ensure the factory requirement Responsible for the training and performance evaluation of production line employees to ensure that employees meet the requirements of the company's production positions Communicate with employees on a regular basis, communicate and publicize the company's factory policies understand Use continuous improvement tools to implement 5S requirements to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs General requirements: Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, strong team awareness Compliance with corporate values and leadership model Comply with information security management regulations and codes of conduct, reasonably use and protect company information systems and equipment, and strictly keep confidential the important company information learned Comply with the company's code of professional ethics and policies, practice the values of integrity and integrity in the company's business, abide by the laws and regulations of the place where the business is located, and refrain from using illegal or unethical means to conduct business or gain competitive advantages.
