Process Specialist YOUR TASKS Combination of task TSP / TST. Supporting the technical definition of the production equipment neccesary to start the production of the SMT process. Creation of technical documents for the acquisition of the equipment. Technical support for the portfolio definiton. Technical support for the testing specifications. Development of technical documents. Preparing of programs for: ASYS laser, EKRA printer, PARMI AOI/SPI, FUJI P&P,viscom xray, REHM oven, SCHUNK milling. Training of department technologists, analysis of new projects, specifying machines and tools, collaboration with ME, TSM, TST, TSI and development Analysis and knowledge of electronics failure modes Leadership/soft skills not as important as technical thinking Your Qualifications Bachelor Degree 2-3 years of experience similar English Advance
