Job Description

TCS is looking for a Network Admin Work modality: Hybrid (Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week) Key responsibilities: Network Management & General Services Support Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of network services, ensuring availability, performance, and security. Support configuration management processes, ensuring network configurations are up-to-date, standardized, and compliant. Security/Firewall Support Implement, manage, and monitor access control systems, ensuring compliance with network security policies Oversee managed firewall operations, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Manage remote access VPN and VPN tunnels, ensuring secure and efficient connections for remote users. Data Centre Services Support Provide expert support for Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) services, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Manage Quality of Service (QoS) configurations, ensuring prioritization of critical applications and traffic. Oversee and provide support for load balancers, optimizing traffic distribution to enhance service availability and reliability. Wireless Network Support Manage and support Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs) and Wireless Access Points (WAPs), ensuring consistent wireless network availability and performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Advanced English ( mandatory) Proven experience (Min. 5 years) in network management, data center services, and network security. Experience with Fortinet is a must in order to be considered Strong knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, VLANs, and IP addressing. Hands-on experience with network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPN configurations. Expertise in LAN/WAN design, QoS management, and load balancing. Solid understanding and experience with wireless networking (WLCs, WAPs) and wireless troubleshooting. Proficiency in network monitoring, fault management, and troubleshooting tools. Experience with incident response and root cause analysis. Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills. Certification such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent is highly desirable.
