Project Lead Surveyor

To lead the delivery of the major works programmes at operational level, including the day to day responsibility of the sites, ensuring the projects are delivered to a high quality standard with residents satisfaction a major priority. They are based in Sale and have a strong reputation for contributing positively to the community. Description Leading and managing construction surveying projects from inception to completion. Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. Ensuring all projects adhere to set budgets and timelines. Implementing risk management processes to mitigate any potential project pitfalls. Producing and presenting regular project reports to senior management. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and suppliers. Ensuring all projects comply with necessary industry regulations and standards. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes. Profile A successful Investment Project Lead Surveyor should have: A degree in Surveying or a related field. A strong understanding of the not-for-profit sector and its unique challenges. Proven experience leading construction surveying projects. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
