General Manager | Preston | £32,000 A leading construction company based in Preston is currently recruiting for an experienced Residence manager to oversee daily operations of their new serviced apartment building which is due to open in April 2025. Holding over 130 brand new, modern apartments, your role will be to oversee the daily operation of the site. Your new role as General Manager: Manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service and facilities Coordinate and supervise staff members, including maintenance, housekeeping and security personnel to ensure a safe and welcoming environment Deal with resident inquiries, complaints and requests with professionalism and in a timely manner Conduct regular property inspections Maintain accurate records of resident information Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance What you will need to be a successful General Manager: Proven experience in property management Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Benefits Package: Annual salary up to £32,000 Performance bonus Monday – Friday with weekend availability Company pension Company events How to apply If you’re interested in this role, click ‘apply now’ to submit your application or email If this job isn’t quite right for you, but you are looking for a new role, please reach out for a confidential discussion regarding your job search.
