Project Manager –Dry Lining Contractor Leeds £50,000 - £55,000 plus package Are you a Dry Lining Manager looking for a fresh challenge? Are you looking for permanent work in West Yorkshire? TS Recruitment are actively working with a Dry Lining Contractor who are looking to recruit a Project Manager for an upcoming project. Benefits • Basic salary circa £50,000 - £55,000 per annum • Permanent work • 28 days holiday including bank holidays • 3% employer and 5% employee pension contributions Job Role & Responsibilities: • No 1 Project Manager for dry wall and ceiling package on a high-rise residential scheme • Manage direct labour and sub-contractors offering technical advice when needed. • Oversee quality control and upload all relevant information. • Reporting into a Contracts Manager regularly update on site progress. • Ensure projects are complete within timescales and budget. • Attend Site Management meetings and update main contractors. • Order materials for site and be commercially aware. • Carry out toolbox talks and ensure health and safety processes are followed Company Details: • Project value circa £6 million • Specialist drywall and ceilings contractor • Work for renowned main contractors • Work on commercial and residential projects.
