LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 3 YEARS’ PQE, KENT, SALARY UP TO £55,000 DOE. Join a busy regional firm who are looking for a Litigation Solicitor with 3 years’ PQE Job ref: 215299539 THE ROLE: The role involves dealing with a broad range of litigation matters including: • professional negligence; • breach of privacy and data protection rights; • property disputes; • contentious probate; • employment disputes, • contract disputes; • debt and bankruptcy issues; and • infringement of your civil liberties, including where you or a loved one have been unlawfully detained by the police, a hospital or in a care home. THE CANDIDATE: Successful candidates will: • have a thorough understanding of the CPR and its application; • have experience of running fast track and multi-track cases to trial; • be capable of managing a full and varied caseload; and • be proactive and organised and have excellent time management skills.
