Key Responsibilities: Conduct property valuations and surveys for residential and commercial properties. Provide expert advice on property management, development, and investment. Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Requirements: MRICS or FRICS qualification. Minimum of 10 years of experience in property surveying. Proven track record in property valuation, building surveying, and project management. Strong knowledge of property law and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
