Job Description
Hays has partnered with a reputable commercial property management company to search for an Property Administrator to join their team. This individual will be responsible for administration and accounts payable for several commercial properties in the downtown area. Responsibilities: Verify and code invoices, ensuring alignment with contracts and purchase orders. Maintain invoice records and ensure timely payments. Prepare monthly accruals and track contract payments. Communicate with vendors and operations personnel regarding invoices and payments. Administer legal documents, including service agreements. Manage Major Expenditure Authorization workflow and document tracking. Administrative Duties: Assist with building-related correspondence and projects. Distribute reports/forms as required. Organize lease and tenant files. Perform other assigned duties. Skills and Experience: Experience with accounts payable and receivable is required. Experience in commercial real estate is strongly preferred Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in YARDI is an asset.
