Description Identify and acquire suitable land for development in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire areas Conduct thorough land appraisals and feasibility studies Work closely with planning teams to secure planning permissions Engage in negotiations to secure purchase contracts Monitor and manage budgets and financial plans related to land acquisition Build and maintain relationships with landowners and agents Stay updated with market trends and the local property industry Contribute to the company's strategic planning and growth Profile A successful Land Manager should have: An academic background in property, business, or related field Proven experience in land acquisition and property development Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Knowledge of the local property market Ability to conduct comprehensive land appraisals Excellent financial planning and budget management skills Ability to contribute to strategic planning and growth Job Offer An estimated salary range of £67,500 - £82,500 DOE A company car and performance-related bonus Opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals A chance to contribute to the growth and expansion of a reputable property company Generous holiday leave Take the next step in your property career and make a significant impact.
