With a healthy pipeline of projects ranging from high quality 5-unit schemes to large-scale 300-unit communities, this is an exceptional opportunity to get involved in the full lifecycle of design and delivery. This developer takes pride designing and delivering every home in house to a high standard. As part of a small but expanding team, you’ll work alongside the Technical Director and another Architectural Technologist. This position is open to Architectural Technologists / Technicians with varying levels of experience, from those with a few years in practice to more senior levels. With a strong and growing pipeline of work, the team remains flexible on experience level, but candidates should bring a solid practical foundation and be ready to get involved from day one.This developer offers opportunities for growth, making this an excellent role for someone looking to develop their career in a supportive, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities: Create feasibility layouts and develop standard house types and construction details Prepare and submit planning and building control drawings and supporting documentation Assist with RFIs and technical queries during construction Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and service providers Support due diligence on new sites (planning, utilities, constraints) Help refine interior specifications and materials Collate and track project drawings and documents Requirements: Architectural degree or relevant experience within residential architecture Confident using CAD (Archicad or 3D modelling a bonus, not essential) Experience in producing planning and technical drawings Able to review consultant and manufacturer information with a critical eye Strong communicator, organised, and willing to get stuck into all aspects of delivery Offering a competitive salary, uncapped bonus, flexible working, parking in Truro and opportunity to grow with the company in a supportive environment.
