Sr. Supply Chain Analyst – Drive Efficiency & Innovation Are you a data-driven supply chain expert ready to make an impact? If you’re passionate about optimizing processes, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction, we want YOU on our team As a Sr. Supply Chain Analyst , you’ll play a crucial role in improving working capital utilization, streamlining end-to-end supply chain processes, and driving key initiatives across our supply chain operations. Reporting directly to the VP of Supply Chain , you’ll be at the forefront of our supply chain strategy and decision-making. What You’ll Do: Analyze & Optimize: Dive into supply chain data to uncover cost reduction and process improvement opportunities. Reporting Excellence: Design and deploy advanced tools to report supply chain performance across multiple business units. KPI Monitoring: Track key supply chain metrics and recommend actionable improvements. Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with Supply Chain Directors to provide strategic recommendations and insights. ⚙️ Process Improvement: Support the implementation of new supply chain systems and processes. Risk Management: Identify supply chain risks and develop solutions to mitigate them. What You Bring: ✅ 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, or related supply chain roles. ✅ BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. ✅ Strong understanding of ERP/MRP fundamentals . ✅ Expertise in data-driven decision-making with advanced Excel skills (Power BI preferred). ✅ Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. ✅ APICS CPIM/CSCP or ISM CPSM certification preferred. ✅ Experience in the automotive aftermarket is a plus but not required.
