Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to the National Director of one of our valued clients. The ideal candidate is well-organized, mature, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of corporate and confidential responsibilities with discretion and professionalism. Advanced English skills (both written and spoken) are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Responsibilities: Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and corporate visits. Prepare agendas, documents, and materials needed for meetings and corporate events. Experience in handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Provide a cordial and professional reception for corporate visitors. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and corporate matters. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5 years as a corporate-level Executive Assistant. Bilingual ( English and Spanish) with strong writing and speaking communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Professional, discreet, mature, and reliable. Preference for candidates with a stable family background. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Location: Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León. Industry background in automotive, metal-mechanic, or food sectors is highly desirable.
