Contract Manager

Qualifications Matric Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering will be advantageous Valid Surface Blasting Certificate Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in a management role, specifically within drilling and blasting operations Proven track record and strong knowledge of opencast mining, with hands-on experience in both drilling and blasting practices Ability to manage contracts, teams, and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Duties Manage all aspects of drilling and blasting contracts in the Rustenburg area Lead and develop on-site teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations Maintain strong client relationships and uphold service delivery standards Oversee project planning, execution, and reporting in line with company objectives Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
